Teoh & Co LLC recently conducted a closed-door sharing session with ERA, focusing on the topic of property decoupling. The session was led by the firm together with our Business Development Manager, Ms Regina Wee, and our Chinese Foreign Legal Counsel, Mr Chen Haifeng.
During the session, the discussion covered key considerations involved in property decoupling, including indicative timelines, financial implications, and optimal ownership and holding structures to facilitate future decoupling arrangements.
Mr Chen also shared valuable insights on cross-border legal issues, drawing from his extensive experience in matters involving divorce, inheritance, and business disputes in China.
